policyGeneral Rules
- ■ Every pupil must have a copy of the handbook which must be brought to the school daily.
- ■ Parents/Guardians must see the diary regularly. Note all the reports and remarks and sign them promptly. No pupil will be allowed to attend classes without this diary.
- ■ Strict regularity, obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, and cleanliness of dress are expected from every pupil.
- ■ Students are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behavior outside.
- ■ The wearing of the school uniform is obligatory.
- ■ Any kind of damage done to school premises must be repaired or compensated by the student responsible.
- ■ No books, newspapers, or periodicals may be brought to school without the sanction of the Principal.
- ■ Late comers and absentees from school will not be admitted to class without the Principal's signature.
- ■ Running or shouting in the school premises is not allowed.
- ■ In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted within three days of absence.
- ■ If a pupil continues to be absent for a month without any intimation to the Principal, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls. In case of rejoining, the admission fee will be recharged.
- ■ The school authorities do not hold themselves responsible for the students' loss of money, books, articles, or clothing. Students are expected to look after their own belongings carefully.
- ■ Articles found in the school are to be handed over to the office.
- ■ Parents are strictly forbidden to interview their children or their teachers in the classroom without the permission of the Principal.
- ■ All pupils should take part in drills and outdoor games.
- ■ Any communication (request or complaint) made by a parent should be addressed to the Principal and not to the class teacher. Parents are requested to mention the child's name, class, and section in their letters.

- ■ Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities and staff in enforcing regularity and discipline, seeing to it that children study at home, come to school regularly, and take an effective interest in school activities.
- ■ Parents must go through the school diary regularly and sign the Principal's and teachers' remarks or messages.
- ■ Parents should realize that parent-teacher meetings are very important, and they should regularly and positively attend them. Not attending these meetings shows a lack of interest on the parent's part. No school business will be transacted during holidays.
fact_checkRules for Examination
- ■ There will be a monthly test every month. In November, after the Dussehra holidays, the Half Yearly Examination will take place. In the 4th week of February, the Annual Examination will be conducted. Any schedule changes will be notified.
- ■ Each child must achieve at least 40% passing marks in each subject.
- ■ To appear in the monthly tests, a minimum of 20 days' attendance is essential.
- ■ A maximum of 10 grace marks will be awarded to those who obtain 40% marks in aggregate.
- ■ Grace marks will be awarded in one subject only when a student is failing either in the Half Yearly or Final Examination.
- ■ Passing in both written and practical examinations is essential.
paymentsFee Regulations
- ■ Fee payment dates are respectively the 15th, 16th, 17th, & 18th, and the last two dates of every month.
- ■ In case the school remains closed on designated fee dates, the due dates will be extended.
- ■ If fees are not deposited on time without prior information and the month ends, the student's name will be struck off from the school register.
- ■ Fees will be deposited shift-wise during school hours.
- ■ Those who fail to deposit the fees by the last day of the month will have to pay Rs. 200/- as a re-admission fee.
